LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® (“Warrantor”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“Purchaser”) that Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® branded outdoor cabinets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty applies for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser, provided the purchaser continues to own the cabinetry at the original installation site. This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty is expressly limited to the cabinet carcass, doors, drawers, and shelves. The warranty on stainless steel hardware, including screws, handles, hinges, and drawer runners, is limited to five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. Items not expressly listed in this warranty are not covered.
Except as expressly stated herein, no other express warranties apply.
Separate components not manufactured by Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry®, including but not limited to countertops, sinks, grills, appliances, accessories, and installation services, are not covered by this warranty. All manufacturer installation guidelines must be followed, including all ventilation requirements.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
normal wear and tear or natural aging;
fading, discoloration, or environmental exposure;
accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence;
excessive heat exposure;
failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance or service;
improper installation;
unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification; or
defects arising from products installed in conjunction with the cabinetry.
An insulated jacket is required for all heating elements, including but not limited to grills and side burners. Excessive heat is defined as surface temperatures exceeding 220°F (104°C).
All PVC surfaces must be fully clad with Fortiva® components or approved solid surface materials.
REMEDY
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, at the sole discretion of Warrantor.
Although Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® uses high-quality materials and conducts extensive testing, some fading or finish changes may occur over time and are considered normal, particularly in coastal or high-exposure environments.
Warrantor may, at its option, provide replacement parts or replace the product with a functionally equivalent product. Due to the nature of the product, replacement items may differ in appearance from the original product purchased.
Repair or replacement parts shall be provided at Warrantor’s expense. The Purchaser shall be responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to removal, transportation, reinstallation, labor, communication expenses, and any special or overtime service charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® shall not be liable for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To submit a warranty claim, the Purchaser must provide written notice, including proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic documentation, to:

Warrantor reserves the right to inspect the product and to require return of the allegedly defective component prior to authorization of any warranty service.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® reserves the right to alter design, specifications, and materials without obligation to retrofit or replace previously manufactured products.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND STATE LAW RIGHTS
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Fortiva® be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
FORCE MAJEURE
Fortiva Outdoor Cabinetry® shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, war, terrorism, fire, flood, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, labor disputes, freight embargoes, adverse weather conditions, or supplier failures arising from such events.
